Directorate Changes

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that Paul Foulger, Finance Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and will leave the Company on 31 December 2015. The Board wishes Paul every success in the future and thanks him for his contribution and efforts over the past few years at EKF. Following Paul's departure Richard Evans, Chief Operating Officer, will take on the role of Group Finance Director in addition to his current role.

Richard Evans was previously Finance Director of EKF. He is qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and has held Finance positions at a number of global healthcare and diagnostics companies.
