Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 2^nd December 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 217,064 Ordinary Shares at prices between €13.64 and €26.1493 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £11.55 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 905,621 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 823,005,632.
