EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), announces that it was informed on 11 December that Paul Foulger, who recently resigned from the Board as Finance Director and will leave the Company at the end of the year, had purchased 250,000 shares in EKF on that day at an average price of 11.56p.

Following this purchase Paul's total shareholding is 3,738,589 ordinary shares, which represents 0.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
