Additional information:	Ruffer LLP controls the voting rights over 3,828,538 shares (now less than 5% of the voting rights) of hVIVO plc which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP). This change from 5% to less than 5% is due to a recent placing of 9,111,111 new Ordinary Shares in which Ruffer LLP purchased 207,000 shares. The new shares were admitted to the market on 16 December 2015. The total number of voting rights in hVIVO plc is now 78,052,784.
