Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 6^th January 2016, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 347 Ordinary Shares at prices of Stg£14.94 and Stg£15.54 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 794,915 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 823,116,338.
