RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 20^th January 2016, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 1,952 Ordinary Shares at a price of €13.64 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 792,963 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 823,118,290.
