Sound Energy, the European/Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, makes the following notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements:

Block admission to satisfy the issue of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company in 2014 to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at a price of 10.4p per new Ordinary Share ("2014 Warrants") 2. Block admission to satisfy the issue of Ordinary Shares from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company in 2015 to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.0p per new Ordinary Share ("2015 Warrants")
