Disclosure of Home Member State

Following changes made to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR") as a result of the Transparency Directive Amending Directive, the Company is required to disclose its home member state. Accordingly, in accordance with DTR 6.4.2, the Company announces that it has changed its home member state from the Netherlands to the United Kingdom.
