RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 30^th March 2016, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 234 Ordinary Shares at a price of £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 84,905 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 823,949,106.
