RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1^st June 2016, it transferred participants in an employee share scheme 945 Ordinary Shares at prices of Stg£14.94 and Stg£15.54 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 83,423 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 829,583,176.
