Dalata Hotel Group plc (the 'Company') - Disclosure of Home Member State
Following changes made to the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 as a result of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2015, the Company is required to disclose its Home Member State. Accordingly, in accordance with Regulation 2(A)(4)(a), the Company announces that its Home Member State is Ireland.
