NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

 

BGEO Group PLC (BGEO) was notified today, 29 November 2016, that Irakli Gilauri, the Executive Director of BGEO exercised 115,000 nil-cost options to acquire BGEO ordinary shares (BGEO Shares) and sold 140,000 BGEO Shares.

Following the above transactions, Mr Gilauri holds 513,819 vested and unvested BGEO shares, representing approximately 1.3% of BGEO. 

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
