Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme

DFS Furniture plc, ("DFS" or the "Company"), has granted options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 7 December 2016 to the following directors/PDMRs under the SAYE Share Option Scheme:

DFS's SAYE Share Option Scheme was formally launched on 16 November 2015 and made available to all permanent UK employees.

The options have an exercise price of 184.0p and are exercisable from 1 February 2020. A total of 2,397,452 shares are under option for this scheme.
