Grant of Awards under the 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")

DFS Furniture plc ("DFS" or "the Company") announces that the Directors and PDMRs named below were granted conditional share awards using a price of 224p per Ordinary Share in the Company on 15 November 2016, as performance share awards under the LTIP.

No consideration was payable for the grant of the awards.  Performance share awards under the plan will vest after a three year performance period, subject to achievement of the performance measures and continued employment conditions.  The performance measures are targets based on adjusted EPS and relative total shareholder return measures for the Company.
