Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 15 December 2016 Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive, has sold 16,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 128.00p per Ordinary Share and subsequently on the same day purchased 16,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 129.06p per Ordinary Share for the purpose of investing the Ordinary Shares in an ISA. As a result of this transaction Mr Malley continues to hold 113,782 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.156% of the Company's issued share capital.
