Completion of acquisition of Body & Fit

Further to its announcement on 06 February 2017, Glanbia plc, the global nutrition group, today confirms that it has now completed the acquisition of B&F Vastgoed B.V. ("Body & Fit"). The completion conditions having been satisfied and regulatory approvals obtained.
