New Loan Facility

The Company announces that it has agreed a new three year multicurrency revolving loan facility and a term loan facility in an aggregate amount of $25 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. Under the term loan facility $12.5 million has been drawn down and fixed for three years at an all-in rate of 2.506%. $9 million of the term loan proceeds has been used to repay a maturing loan with State Street. Up to $12.5 million remains available for drawing in the future under the revolving loan facility.
