The Group was notified on 20 July 2017 that Mr Tom Bartlam, Non-executive Chairman, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") for his beneficial holding at 430.00p per share. Following this transaction Mr Bartlam is interested in a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11% of the Group's issued share capital.
