Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed by Paul Johnson on 2 August 2017 that he had acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.85 pence each on 2 August 2017 ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Paul Johnson and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 16,502,649 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.89 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
