Disclosure of share purchase by Partner of Ecofin Limited
The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Matthew Breidert, a Partner of Ecofin Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that he bought 2,650 Ordinary shares as a result of dividend reinvestment at a price of 130.20p per share on 18 October 2017.
Following this transaction, Mr. Breidert owns 234,497 Ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
