The Company announces that on 6 November 2017 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 1183.25p per share (representing 0.38% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
Following the issue from treasury of the 100,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be 2,073,453. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury, will be 26,229,427 Ordinary Shares.
