Final dividend - exchange rate
Further to the announcement on 6 November 2017 in respect of shareholder approval for the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017, the sterling equivalent of the declared dividend of 14.0 US cents will be 10.5896 pence per Participating Preference Share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.32205.
The dividend will be paid on 1 December 2017.
