Performance fee payable to the Manager 

 

Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that its Manager has agreed to reduce the cap on the performance fee payable to it from 1.00% to 0.75% of the net assets of the Company calculated at the end of any one accounting period, effective from 1 September 2017.  Full details of the performance fee calculation can be found on page 20 of the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2017, which will be circulated to shareholders shortly.
