Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Directors of Thor Mining PLC (AIM, ASX: THR) wish to advise of the issue of ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and warrants over Ordinary Shares, pursuant to the completion of the placing announced on 20 October 2017 to Mick Billing and Paul Johnson, both Directors of Thor, as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeeting held on 29 November 2017.
