The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 369.0p per share on 5 December 2017, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 4 December 2017 was 361.1p. These shares will be issued for cash on 7 December 2017. As at 7 December 2017 the issued share capital will be 120,228,564 and the number of voting rights will be 120,228,564. |
