Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr Fergus Dunlop retired as a Director of the Company, and did not seek re-election, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

 

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Fergus for his invaluable contribution to the Company over the last 9 years.
