The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 383.5p per share on 3 January 2018, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 2 January 2018 was 373.8p These shares will be issued for cash on 5 January 2018. As at 5 January 2018 the issued share capital will be 120,328,564 and the number of voting rights will be 120,328,564. |
