The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 365p per share on 7 February 2018, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 6 February 2018 was 360.5p. These shares will be issued for cash on 9 February 2018. As at 9 February 2018 the issued share capital will be 120,953,564 and the number of voting rights will be 120,953,564. |
