The Company announces that on 26 February 2018 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 1245p per share (representing 0.15% of the issued Ordinary Shares).
Following the issue from treasury of the 40,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be 993,453. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury, will be 27,309,427 Ordinary Shares.
