Re-issue of treasury shares

The Company announces that on 5^th April 2018 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 1233.35p per share (representing 0.36% of the issued Ordinary Shares).

 

Following the issue from treasury of the 100,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be 263,453. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury, will be 28,039,427 Ordinary Shares.
