Declaration of First Interim Dividend
The Directors of the Company have today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2018 of 2.25p per Ordinary share of No Par Value (2017: 2.25p). The first interim dividend will be payable on 25 May 2018 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 27 April 2018, ex-dividend date 26 April 2018.
The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 27 April 2018.
