RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on Friday, 1^st June 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 22,742 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.19 and €17.30 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,181,134 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 840,209,204.
