The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to announce that the third interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2018 of US$0.12 per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 31 July 2018 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 20 July 2018 (ex-dividend date is 19 July 2018).
