KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, today announces it is appointing three subject matter experts in order to build out its Enterprise Risk team.
The team is led by Enterprise Risk expert Andrew Smart and includes two software developers who already have the understanding of how to build software to manage multiple risk attributes. The team will help KRM22 to develop the real-time 'Risk cockpit' as part of KRM22's investment in its Global Risk Platform.
In parallel to the appointment, KRM22 is acquiring certain assets of an Enterprise Risk Management software business, including web-site materials and existing product code.
Keith Todd CBE, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KRM22 plc commented:
"KRM22 was admitted to AIM as we are looking to capitalise on the opportunity to transform the way organisations manage risk. Risk management is taking on more prominence at board level and today no single, real-time view of the true risks a business faces exists. The platform we will develop will mean companies can do away with spreadsheets and manual processes and instead see their key risk position in our real-time 'risk cockpit'.
As we look to scale up our presence in Enterprise Risk, I am delighted to welcome on board our new team members to KRM22 who will bring a wealth of knowledge to us and will play an important role in developing our platform which will ultimately enable users to make better risk-based decisions."
