The Company appointed BNY Mellon Trust & Depositary (UK) Limited ("BNYMTD") to act as the Company's Depositary on 11 July 2014.
With effect from 1 August 2018, the role of Depositary will be transferred from BNYMTD to its parent company, The Bank of New York Mellon (International) Limited due to internal restructuring at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.
