Block Listing Application
Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each with an admission date of 19 September 2018. Shares will be issued under the block listing to satisfy continuing demand that cannot be met through the secondary market, and the proceeds of share issuance under the block listing will be used for investment in accordance with the Company's investment policy.
The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
