Change to Audit Committee Chairman
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, TR Property Investment Trust plc announces that Tim Gillbanks, Non-Executive Director of Board, has been appointed as Audit Committee Chairman with immediate effect.
Following Tim's appointment as Audit Committee Chairman, David Watson will be stepping down in his current role as Audit Committee Chairman and will remain as a Non-Executive Director on the Board and the Senior Independent Director. All other committee memberships remain unchanged.
