Rights Issue Timetable - Clarification

88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") wishes to advise shareholders of an amendment to the Rights Issue Timetable notified by the Company on 3^rd October 2018 and set out in the Offer Document dated 5^th October 2018.

Trading commences ex-entitlement on ASX on 9 October 2018, not 10 October 2018. Please refer to below revised timetable.

The proposed timetable for the Offer is set out below. The dates are indicative only and the Company reserves the right to vary the dates, including the right to extend the closing date.
