Changes to composition of Audit Committee
The Company announces that Mr John Hallam, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 21 November 2018.
As stated in the Company's 2017 Annual Report, Mr Hallam re-joined the Audit Committee on 18 January 2018 for an Interim period until the new Audit Committee Chairman, Mr Christopher Legge, was established in post.
