Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 19 December 2018, it purchased a total of 197,945 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 61.5981 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 106,865,868 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
