Director's other directorship
As noted in the Company's 2018 annual report and accounts, Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that, effective from 31 December 2018, Mr Paul Meader resigned as a director of Highbridge Multi-Strategy Fund Limited.
This resignation reduces the number of publicly quoted company directorships held by Mr Meader to five.
