Clarification announcement
Tower Resources plc (the "Company" or "Tower" (TRP.L, TRP LN)), the AIM listed oil and gas company with its focus on Africa, would like to clarify that further to the announcement made at 7.30 a.m. this morning (the "Fundraising Announcement"), it has also applied for admission of the 3,380,625 fee shares to trading on AIM which will take place at 8.00 a.m. on or around 30 January 2019. The enlarged total voting rights following the admission of these shares together with the Placing Shares and Share Incentive Plan Award shares remains 565,716,052 ordinary shares as set out in the Fundraising Announcement.
