Block Listing Application
Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited ("the Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing for general corporate purposes of 25,848,302 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company, to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading.
Shares in the Company issued under the block listing will be used to satisfy demand that cannot be met through the secondary market.
