The Group was notified on 19 March 2019 that Mr Brian Ashford-Russell, Non-Executive Director, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at 510.00p per share. Following this transaction Mr Ashford-Russell is interested in a total of 5,050,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
