Announcement of First Interim Dividend

The Board has today declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2019 of 12.0p net (2018: 11.5p) which will be payable on 16 August 2019 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 5 July 2019, ex dividend date 4 July 2019.
The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Link Asset Services, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP will be 26 July 2019.
