RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1^st May 2019, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 890 Ordinary Shares at prices of £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 35,086,560 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 808,303,778.
