BOARD COMMITTEE CHANGES
As part of the regular review of Group Board Committee structures and membership, Lord Lupton, an independent Non-Executive Director, will be joining the Board's Responsible Business Committee and stepping down from the Audit Committee following the conclusion of today's AGM.
