The Board of Gabelli Merger Plus+ Trust Plc is pleased to announce that the fourth interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2019 of US$0.12 per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors, payable on 26 July 2019 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 12 July 2019 (ex-dividend date is 11 July 2019).
