This announcement replaces the Grant under Performance Share Plan announcement issued at 07:00 on 23 July 2019 under RNS number 3443G. Due to an administrative error, the original announcement gave the incorrect figures for Catherine Moseley's total number of options over Ordinary Shares and the Total number of options over Ordinary Shares held as a percentage of current issued share capital. The total number of options over Ordinary Shares should have said 42,405 not 18,585 and that number as a percentage of current issued share capital should have read 0.05% not 0.02%. All other details remain unchanged.
