Release of Cleansing Notice
Aura wishes to inform the market that the Company released a Cleansing Notice on the Australian Securities Exchange pursuant to s.708A(C12)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) and an accompanying Appendix 3B.
Under the Convertible Security Funding Agreement, the Company was required to issue a Replacement Convertible Note following the approval by shareholders at a general meeting of the Original Convertible Note.
The purpose of the Replacement Convertible Note is to provide the Company with capacity to issue shares on conversion of the convertible note in accordance with ASX Listing Rules.
